摘  要:目的:了解我院临床分离的38株多重/泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-Ab/PDR-Ab)的分子流行病学以及不同来源菌株整合子的携带情况。方法:采用经过MicroScan WalkAway-40全自动微生物分析仪鉴定的38株MDR-Ab/PDR-Ab,应用肠杆菌科基因间重复一致序列(ERIC-PCR)方法分析不动杆菌分子流行特征,并用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法对全部菌株的整合酶基因进行扩增。结果:38株MDR-Ab/PDR-Ab在ICU检出率最高,占55.3%;共发现7种克隆基因型,A型检出率最高,为60.5%;整合酶基因阳性菌株占73.7%(28/38)。结论:本地区MDR-Ab/PDR-Ab呈多克隆系并存,而且同一克隆系整合子在进化过程中起到很重要的作用。OBJECTIVE: To determine the molecular epidemiology of 38 clinical isolates of multi-drug/pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDR-Ab/PDR-Ab) and strains integrons from different sources in our hospital. METHODS: 38 strains of MDR-Ab/PDR-Ab had identified by MicroScan WalkAway 40 automatic systems, and Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus-polymerase chain reaction (ERIC-PCR) typing was used to investigate the epidemiological characteristics ofisolates and PCR method was used for amplifying the integrons of all strains. RESULTS: 38 strains of MDR-Ab/PDR-Ab was detected from ICU (55.3%), 38 strains of Acinetobacter baumanii were derived from 7 identical clonal strains, 60.5% was A-type with the highest detection rate. Integrase gene-positive strains accounted for 73.7%(28/38). CONCLUSION: The coexistence of multiple cloning system in this region is proved, and integrons play an important role in the evolution of the same clones.
