摘 要:以聚氧四亚甲基二醇(PTMEG)和聚醚二元醇(N220)为复配的多元醇,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂,与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应制备了脂肪族聚氨酯分散液(WPUD)。探讨了PTMEG与N220的配比、TMP的用量对WPUD性能的影响。结果表明,当PTMEG与N220质量比为1∶1,TMP的添加质量分数为1.0%时,WPUD的综合性能较好,涂膜具有较好的耐黄变性能,可用于水性木器涂料。The modified aliphatic polyurethane dispersions(WPUD) were prepared based on isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and composite polyols as main raw materials, trimethylolpropane (TMP) as crosslinker. The composite polyols were obtained by mixing polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) and polyether polyol ( N220 ) at different ratio. The influences of mixed ratio of PTMEG and N220, the amount of TMP on the WPUD properties and their dry films were mainly discussed. The results showed that WPUD had good comprehensive performances and the film had excellent yellowing resistance when PTMEG and N220 were mixed at 1:1 ratio and the amount of TMP was 1.0%. The product could be used for waterborne wood coatings.
