摘　　要：本文就二十年来PEO胶在水涂粉工艺应用过程中出现的一系列问题作了总结,并就这种胶的粘度与比重配合的应用问题作了实验总结与理论分析,最后,作者提出了低粘度粉浆涂层的工艺实施方案。Considering a series of problems that the PEO gelatin happens during the application process of Chinese Fluorescent Tube water-coating technology in the past twenty years,this thesis gives the summarization and analysis,and also has the theoretical analysis and experimental research to the application problem of gelatin＇s viscosity and proportion coordination,at last,the author propose a good technological program to manufacture the ideal fluorescent powder coating.
