摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)是一种折叠的正义RNA病毒,属于动脉炎病毒科(Arteriviridae),尼多病毒目(Nidovirales)。除了动脉炎病毒科,尼多病毒目还包括冠状病毒科(Coronaviruses)。15.1～15.2kb长的PRRSV基因组通过互相重叠的开放性阅读框编码蛋白质。ORF1a翻译过程中产生pp1a多聚蛋白。ORF1b表达产生了pp1ab多聚蛋白。pp1a和pp1ab经病毒蛋白酶处理后又生成了14个非结构蛋白。一些非结构蛋白为蛋白酶(NSP1、NSP1β、NSP2和NSP4)、RNA-依赖性RNA聚合酶(NSP9)、解旋酶(NSP10)和核酸内切酶(NSP11)。ORFs2-5编码GP2-GP5,ORF6编码M,ORF7编码N蛋白。ORF2b完全包括在ORF2内,表达小的非糖基化E或2b蛋白。相当一部分的囊膜蛋白是nidoviruses所特有的,所有的结构蛋白都是感染所必需的。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus is an enveloped,positive-sense RNA virus,which belongs to the family Arteriviridae,order Nidovirales.Besides the Arteriviridae,Nidovirales always includes the Coronaviruses.The 15.1~15.2 kb PRRSV genome code the proteins through some open reading frames（ORFs）,and the ORFs tend to overlap one another.Translation of ORF1a produces pp1a polyprotein,and the formation of pp1ab polyprotein is led by the expression of ORF1b.The pp1a and pp1ab polyproteins release fourteen non-structural proteins after processed by viral proteases.Some of the non-structural proteins are proteases（NSP1,NSP1β,NSP2 and NSP4）,RNA-dependent RNA polymerase（NSP9）,helicase（NSP10） and endonuclease（NSP11）.ORFs2-5,ORF6 and ORF7 encode GP2-5,M and N,respectively.ORF2b is enclosed within ORF2 fully and express small,non-glycosylated E or 2b protein.A portion of envelope protein belongs to nidoviruses particularly,and all the structural proteins is necessary for infection.
