补肾清透方治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV载量及标志物的变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾清透方对慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者血清HBVDNA载量、乙肝病毒标志物（HBV-M）和肝功能的关系。方法60例慢性乙型肝炎患者被随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组30例，治疗组接受补肾清透方治疗，疗程48周，对照组不接受药物治疗。两组分别在开始和第48周时抽血检查HBVDNA，HBV—M和肝功能。结果治疗组治疗后病毒标志物HBVDNA，HBsAg和HBeAg阴转率分别为23．3％（7／30），16．7％（5／30）和36．7％（11／30），HBeAb阳转率为16．7％（5／30），与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或0．05）；肝功能指标ALT，AsT和GGT下降，A／G升高，差异有统计学显著性意义（P〈0．01或0．05）。对照组检测上述指标，结果差异均无统计学显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论补肾清透方能降低乙型肝炎病毒载量，提高乙肝病毒标志物转化率，改善肝功能。Objective To investigate the Bushenqingtoufang on chronic hepatitis B （CHB） in serum of patients with HBV DNA load,markers of hepatitis B virus （HBV-M） and the relationship between liver function. Methods 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the treatment group received the Bushenqingtoufang treatment,the control group not receiving drug therapy,treatment for 48 weeks, during treatment,blood tests, HBV DNA, HBV-M and liver function. Results The negative conversion rates HBV DNA, HB- sAg and HBeAg after treatment of viral markers in the treatment group,were 23.3%（7/30） ,16.7%（5/30） and 36.7%（11/ 30）, HBeAb seroconversion rates was 16. 7 % （5/30）,compared with before treatment, there were statistically significant （P 〈0. 01 or 0. 05） ; liver function indexes of ALT, AST, GGT decreased, A/G were increased, and there was significant difference （P〈0. 01 or 0. 05）. Controls to detect the indicators,the results showed no significant difference （P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Bushenqingtoufang can reduce hepatitis B viral load,improve the markers of hepatitis B virus conversion rate,improving liver function.
