糖尿病湿性坏疽358株需氧菌感染耐药特点

摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病湿性坏疽细菌感染的耐药特点，使临床选择抗菌药物治疗更有针对性。方法取糖尿病湿性坏疽分泌物进行需氧菌、真菌培养和药敏试验。结果275例糖尿病湿性坏疽患者中，细菌培养结果阳性率为100％，共培养出358株细菌。革兰阳性（G＋）菌213株，其中葡萄菌属有5种药物的耐药菌株大于50％、肠球菌属有11种药物的耐药菌株大于50％。革兰阴性（G-）菌122株，其中肠杆菌科有3种药物的耐药菌株大于50％、不动杆菌属和假单胞菌属有8种药物的耐药菌株大于50％。真菌23株，其中光滑念珠菌有3种药物的耐药菌株大于50％。结论糖尿病湿性坏疽需氧菌感染耐药特点是G＋菌感染中的肠球菌属、G-菌感染中的不动杆菌属和假单胞茼属、真菌感染中的光滑念珠菌耐药率较高。Objective To comprehend the characteristic of diabetes moist gangrene infection and make clinical choice of antibiotics more targeted. Methods Taking diabetes moist gangrene secretions to cultivate bacterial. Results In 275 cases of patients, cultivated 358 strains of bacteria（gram-positive bacilli 213, gram-negtive bacilli 122, fungi 23）, the positive rate of bacterial culture was 100%. Medicine quick result showed the resistant rate of five drugs for staphylococcus,eleven drugs for enterococcus genera,three drugs for enterobacteriaceae, eight drugs for acinetobacter and pseudomonas and three drugs for smooth eandida were above 50%. Conclusion The resistant rate of the enterococcus genera, the acinetobacter, the pseudomonas and the smooth candida is higher in the diabetes moist gangrene.
