华北油田健康成年人外周血淋巴细胞亚群参考值调查

摘　　要：目的建立华北油田健康成年人外周血T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和NK细胞的正常参考值范围,为机体免疫状态的分析和研究提供参考。方法使用美国BD公司MultiTEST四色特异性淋巴细胞亚群荧光抗体,对376例健康成年人外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行标记,采用BD公司的FACSCalibur流式细胞仪进行检测,并用SPSS13.0软件统计分析结果。结果华北油田健康成年人淋巴细胞亚群参考值CD3+细胞为817～2048个/μl(43.2%～80.0%),CD3+CD4+细胞为390～1296个/μl(20.0%～51.0%),CD3+CD8+细胞为242～993个/μl(11.2%～42.0%),CD3-CD19+细胞为78～503个/μl(5.0%～19.0%),CD3-CD16+CD56+细胞为123～969个/μl(6.0%～36.8%),CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+为0.66～2.85。结论在同一地区,可以建立健康成年人外周血淋巴细胞亚群的参考值范围。Objective To establish the normal reference range of peripheral blood T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes and NK cells of healthy adults in Huabei oilfield,and provide the reference for the analysis and research of immune status.Methods BD MultiTEST four-color specific lymphocyte subsets fluorescent antibody was used to mark the 376 cases,BD FACSCalibur flow cytometry was used to detect specific lymphocyte subsets and the results were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software.Results The reference range of healthy adults lymphocyte subsets in Huabei Oilfeild were as following：817～2 048/μl（43.2%～80.0%）for CD3＋ cells,390～1 296/μl（20.0%～51.0%）for CD3＋CD4＋ cells,242～993/μl（11.2%～42.0%）for CD3＋CD8＋ cells,78～503/μl（5.0%～19.0%）for CD3-CD19＋cells,123～969/μl（6.0%～36.8%）for CD3-CD16＋CD56＋ cells,0.66～2.85 for CD3＋CD4＋/CD3＋CD8＋ ratio.Conclusion The reference value range of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of healthy adults can be established in the same area.
