摘　　要：综述了老年急性冠状动脉综合征病人便秘的病因、发生机制、流行病学、临床评估内容和护理干预措施的研究进展,说明早期护理干预对预防便秘的重要作用,可以降低老年急性冠状动脉综合征病人死亡率。It reviewed the research progress on etiological factors,generated mechanism,epidemiology,clinical evaluation contents and nursing intervention measures of constipation in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome,and it showed that nursing intervention in prophase played an important role in preventing constipation,and could decrease death rate of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome.
