摘  要:为降低飞行事故,保证飞行安全性,对直升机动力传动系统进行故障诊断研究。分析行星齿轮振动机理以及信号分离方法,设计并制作行星齿轮箱故障诊断试验台,利用LABVIEW虚拟仪器采集系统采集振动信号,通过行星齿轮啮合试验,对所采集的数据文件进行信号处理,检测和分析行星齿轮箱的轮齿缺陷。结果表明:对从行星齿轮传动机构获得的振动数据进行信号时域平均,可实现对行星齿轮振动信号的充分分离,清晰地检测出故障所在,以达到直升机动力传动系统故障诊断的目的。In order to reduce flight accidents and ensure flight safety, a fault diagnosis system for helicopter power drive system was studied. To start with, the vibration mechanism and signal separation technique of planet gear were studied. Next, a planet gearbox fault diagnosis test-bed was designed and made. Finally, a data acquisition system on the basis of LABVIEW was used to collect vibration signals during meshing experiments. Signal processing on the collected data was made to detect and analyze the fault of the teeth of the planet gearbox. The results show that the vibration signal from the planet gear can be completely separated by signal time domain averaging on the vibration data from planet rive gear. As a result, the fault of planet gear can be detected, so fault diagnosis for helicopter power drive system can be fulfilled.
