摘　　要：阐述了残余肾功能的作用,从积极控制腹膜透析病人的原发病、做好容量控制、保证蛋白质及能量摄入、避免使用肾毒性药物、选择合适的透析液和透析剂量方面综述了残余肾功能保护策略研究进展。It expounded the role of residual renal function,and reviewed the research progress on residual renal function protection strategies from the aspects of actively controlling primary disease of peritoneal dialysis patients,good capacity control,ensuring the intake of protein and energy,avoiding the use of nephrotoxic drugs,selecting the appropriate dialysis fluid and the dose of dialysis.
