摘　　要：介绍了密闭式吸痰的操作方法、临床优势及密闭式吸痰对急性呼吸窘迫综合征病人呼吸、循环功能、吸痰效果的影响。It introduced the operational method and clinical superiority of closed sputum suction,and influence of closed sputum suction on respiratory and circulatory function,and the sputum suction effect of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.
