摘　　要：[目的]了解HIV感染者/AIDS病人相关羞辱和歧视现状,为寻求降低其相关羞辱和歧视的干预对策提供依据。[方法]应用HIV感染者/AIDS病人相关羞辱和歧视量表对100例HIV感染者/AIDS病人进行调查和评定。[结果]HIV感染者/AIDS病人相关羞辱和歧视总分为132.96分±21.49分,处于较高水平,性传播病人与吸毒病人的羞辱和歧视差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]HIV感染者/AIDS病人有较严重的羞辱和歧视感,应采取积极有效的干预措施降低病人的羞辱和歧视。Objective：To know about the status of HIV infected and AIDS patients related stigma and discrimination,and provide the evidences for nursing strategies to reduce HIV infected and AIDS patients related stigma and discrimination.Methods：A total of 100 patients with HIV infected and AIDS were investigated and evaluated by the scale of HIV infected and AIDS patients related stigma and discrimination.Results： The total score of related stigma and discrimination of HIV infected and AIDS patients was 132.96±21.49,and there was statistical significant difference in the stigma and discrimination between patients with sexually transmitted disease and drug patients（P0.05）.Conclusion： HIV infected and AIDS patients have more sense of stigma and discrimination,so the positive and effective interventions should be taken to reduce it.
