摘　　要：组织工程技术是女性盆底重建外科学一个重要的发展领域。可应用于女性盆底重建外科的组织工程支架材料主要有天然脱细胞基质材料、天然聚合物材料、合成可降解聚合物材料及纳米复合材料。各种支架材料有各自的优缺点,纳米复合材料是最有前途的支架材料之一。文章对当前可应用女性盆底重建外科的支架材料及其研究进展进行综述。Tissue engineering is an important field in female pelvic floor reconstructive surgery.The tissue engineering scaffold materials which can be used in female pelvic floor reconstructive surgery include natural acellular matrix material,natural polymers material,synthetic biodegradable polymers material and nanocomposites.Each scaffold material has its pros and cons,and nanocomposites will be one of the most promising materials.This review summarizes the research progress of scaffold materials available for pelvic floor reconstructive surgery.
