超关节外固定架有限内固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术及疗效。方法自2009年2月至2011年8月对22例肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者进行绞链式超关节外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗。其中男16例,女6例;年龄26～55岁,平均36岁。根据AO分型,C1型2例,C2型10例,C3型10例。结果所有病例均随访6个月,平均骨折愈合时间为2.8个月,前臂旋转活动度超过100°,肘关节屈伸活动度超过90°,且无神经损伤及术后感染。根据改良Glssebaum评分系统评定疗效,治疗的总优良率为81.8%。结论使用绞链式超关节外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效较好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of distal humerus fractures and efficacy.Methods From February 2009 to August 2011 in 22 cases of distal humerus fractures in patients with hinge-type-articular external fixation combined with limited internal fixation.Including 16 males and 6 females;aged 26 to 55 years,mean 36 years old.According to AO classification,C1 type 2 cases,C2 in 10 cases,C3 in 10 cases.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months,the average healing time was 2.8 months,forearm rotation exceeds 100 °,elbow flexion and extension activities exceeds 90 °,and no nerve damage and postoperative infection.Based on the improved Glssebaum scoring system evaluate the efficacy of treatment was 81.8% excellent and good.Conclusion hinge-type-articular external fixation combined with limited internal fixation for distal humerus fracture efficacy of good,worthy of promotion.
