我院2011年门诊处方用药点评

摘　　要：目的通过门诊处方点评,促进医师合理开具处方。方法通过对我院2011年12个月的处方评价登记表进行统计分析。结果平均每张处方开药品种数为1.74;抗菌药使用百分率为21.25%;注射剂使用百分率为14.25%;通用名使用94%;基本药物占处方用药为93.83%;平均每张普通处方金额141.97元,不规范处方占处方总数8.3%。结论我院医师处方基本合理,但不规范处方比率还较高,有待进一步改进。Objective through the outpatient service prescription comment on,promote physicians issued by reasonable prescription.Methods from year 2011 12 months of prescription evaluation registration form of statistical analysis.Results average each prescription drugs for 1.74 a species;Antibiotic use percentage is 21.25%;Injection for 14.25% use percentage;General name use percentage 94%;Basic drugs account for prescription medication percentage is 93.83%;Average each ordinary prescription amount 141.97 yuan,not standard accounts for 8.3% of total prescription prescription percentage our.Conclusion prescription basic reasonable,but is not standard prescription ratio is more,further improved.
