中医辨证治疗回纹型风湿症探析

摘　　要：回纹型风湿症是一种反复发作的以急性关节炎和关节周围炎为主要临床特征的病症,症状快速出现和消失。临床误诊率相对较高,部分患者可发展为类风湿关节炎。西医多以非甾体抗炎药对症治疗,中医辨证治疗该病有很好的临床疗效。Palindromic rheumatism is a clinical disease characterized by multiple recurring afebrile episodes of acute arthritis and periarthritis.The symptoms appear sudden and rapidly disappear completely.It has a relatively high misdiagnosis rate.Some affected patients may develop classical rheumatoid arthritis.Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs（NSAIDS）are the usual symptomatic treatments.The syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine used in RP are effective.
