摘　　要：文章论述了儿童肺炎的发生发展规律,提出病机与证型演变分三步:初期风邪闭肺;中期痰热闭肺;后期正虚邪恋。强调治疗务必遵循散、清、养的原则,早期宣肺开闭;中期清肺化痰;后期养肺和脾。并就散、清、养三法在小儿肺炎治疗中的临床应用,浅谈个人见解,可供临床参考。This paper discussed the occurrence and development of the pneumonia in children,proposed the evolution of pathogenesis and syndromes in three steps：the primary period is wind-heat blocking lung;the medium stage is phlegm-heat blocking lung;and the latter is vital energy deficiency with evil-lingering.It is stressed that the treatment should follow the principles of dispelling,clearing and nourishing.Diffuse the lung Qi in the early stage;clear heat and resolve phlegm in medium stage;nourish lung and spleen in later period.Express personal opinions of the three methods in treating children pneumonia for clinical reference.
