摘　　要：月经病是妇人最常见的临床病症之一,不仅影响生活,影响生育,更会变生他病。对月经病的治疗,有着广泛的社会需求。洪家铁教授从医多年,学验俱丰,对月经病的治疗有一定的独到之处,将月经病归结为经血增多类疾病、经血减少类疾病及月经前后诸症几类,遵循月经周期气血变化规律,从调补肝肾、调理气血入手,分别论治,取得良好临床效果。做为第四批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承人,跟师侍诊,对前辈治疗月经病经验加以总结,以期供广大同行共同切磋。The menstral disease is the most common clinical symptoms not only affects the life and fertility,but also can develop other diseases.The treatment of menstrual disease has wide social needs.Professor HONG with profound clinical experience,has unique treatment for menstrual disease.He divided the disease into blood-increasing disease and blood-reducing disease and perimenopausal syndrome,following the change rule of qi and blood in the menstrual cycle,treating from the liver and kidney and qi and blood,which have gotten satisfactory results.As the fourth group academic heir of the national TCM experts,the author summarized the treatment experience,in order to share it with the majority of peers.
