摘　　要：目的:探讨痰湿体质是否与脂联素11377C/G SNP多态性相关。方法:根据痰湿体质判定标准、平和质判定标准,筛选58例痰湿体质人和46例平和质人,运用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)分析脂联素11377C/G SNP多态性差异。运用χ2检验分析痰湿体质组与平和质组脂联素基因多态性差异。结果:脂联素11377 G等位基因频率痰湿体质组(0.3793)高于平和质组(0.1413),统计具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:痰湿体质与脂联素11377C/G SNP多态性相关。脂联素11377C/G SNP多态性可能是区别痰湿体质者与平和质者的遗传标记之一。Objective：To explore the association between phlegm-dampness constitution and adiponectin gene11377 C/G SNP Polymorphisms.Methods：58 persons with phlegm-dampness constitution and 46 persons with normal constitution were selected,and Adiponectin gene 11377C/G were amplified with the polymerase chain reaction technique（PCR）.The products were treated by inner-incision enzyme respectively and agar-electrophoresis.Chi-square test was employed to testify the difference of polymorphism between group of phlegm-dampness constitution and group of normal constitution.Results：The allele frequency of Adiponectin 11377G（0.3793）in group of phlegm-dampness constitution was much higher than that in group of normal constitution（0.1413）,P〈0.05.Conclusions：The phlegm-dampness constitution was related to allele of Adiponectin 11377G.The Adiponectin 11377G polymorphism can be seen as one of the genetical marker of distinguishing phlegm-dampness constitution from normal constitution.
