和肝法治疗带下病述要

摘　　要：和肝法是以柔和调达,复平肝木气血及其人体气机以治疗疾病的一种方法,主要有疏肝气、柔肝血、清肝热等。女子以肝为先天,因而和肝法在妇科病中广泛应用。带下病是临床上常见的妇科疾病,在现代女性工作生活压力日益增加的情况下,强调肝在带下病的发生发展中的重要作用有重要的意义。将和肝法贯穿在带下病治疗的整个过程中,即采用疏肝健脾、养血柔肝、清肝祛湿等方法调肝气、助肝用,既可调理气血,又能助脾运化水湿以治带下病症。总结近年来的文献发现:在带下病的治疗中,脾虚湿困型常用柴胡、荆芥、玫瑰花、绿萼梅、川芎等疏肝理气使肝不乘脾,阴血亏虚型则用当归、白芍、阿胶、山萸肉等滋阴补血柔肝,湿热型用栀子、茵陈、龙胆草、椿根皮等清肝泄热,肾阳亏虚型则用熟地黄、山茱萸、补骨脂、菟丝子肝肾同补等等,并总结了近代大家以和肝法治疗带下的独家经验以供临床参考。Hegan method is a treatment through emolliate and regulate mainly by soothing the liver and regulating qi,emolliating the liver,clearing the liver and so on to recover the qi and blood of the liver even the whole body.Liver is the root of innate endowment of women so that Hegan method is widely used in gynecological diseases.Vaginal discharge is a common gynecological disease,in the case that female face increasing pressure in the modern,emphasizing the important role of liver in the vaginal discharge has great significance.Take Hegan method through treatment,that use the methods of soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen,nourishing the blood and emolliating the liver,purging the liver and eliminating dampness to resume the function of liver,which will not only harmonize qi and blood but help the spleen to resolve dampness to treat Vaginal Discharge Diseases.Summarize recent literatures found that：syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness encumbrance usually use Chaihu,Jingjie,Meiguihua,Luemei and Chuanxiong to soothe the liver and regulate qi not to invade the stomach.For the yin-blood depletion syndrome,Danggui,Baishao,Ejiao and Shanzhuyu are always used to tonify the liver yin.For the dampness-heat syndrome,Zhizi,Yinchen,Longdancao and Chungenpi are always used to clear liver fire.For the kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Shudi,Shanyuzhu,Buguzhi and Tusizi are always used to enrich the kidney and nourish the liver.The article also summarizes some masters＇ exclusive experience of using Hegan method to treat vaginal discharge diseases for clinical reference.
