摘　　要：概述了治疗高位复杂性肛瘘各种括约肌保留术式,分别介绍了多种术式的具体操作方法、优势及最新进展,力图通过对各种术式的论述,帮助医者在高位复杂性肛瘘治疗过程中灵活选择术式,掌握治疗原则,以达到最佳治疗效果。The article summarized various kinds of sphincter-preserving operation types for the treament of high complex anal fistula,respectively,introduced a variety of surgical operation methods,advantages and latest progress,tried to discuss various operations to help doctors in the treatment of high complex anal fistula in the choice of operation,master the principles of treatment,in order to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
