摘　　要：目的:采用切开挂线术和分段结扎术,1次治疗肛周脓肿合并环形混合痔患者的临床疗效。方法:临床30例肛周脓肿患者同时合并环形混合痔,1次行切开挂线术及分段结扎术治疗。结果:30例患者全部一次性治愈,平均住院时间35天。结论:肛周脓肿合并环形混合痔1次手术治疗疗效确切,避免两次手术给患者带来痛苦。Objective：To assess the clinical effects of seton division and interrupted ligation for anal abscess accompanied mixed hemorrhoid.Methods：Selected 30 cases of anal abscess accompanied mixed hemorrhoid,which treated with seton division and interrupted ligation.Results：All patients achieved primary cure,the mean hospital stays were 35 days.Conclusion：The seton division and interrupted ligation for anal abscess accompanied mixed hemorrhoid had definitely curative effect,and which could avoid the second surgery for the patients.
