摘　　要：日本医师协会是为维护日本医师的利益而成立的法人社团组织,在其成立及发展壮大的近百年间,已经成为代表日本医师利益的重要组织,在日本的医疗改革中发挥着不可忽视的作用,对我国医师协会的任务和职责具有可借鉴的启示。Japan Medical Association is an organization of corporate body, established to safeguard the interests of Japanese doctors. It has developed nearly a hundred years, and become an important organization on behalf of Japanese doctors, which plays a significant role in the healthcare reform of Japan and has an its enlightenment to the tasks and responsibilities of Chinese Medical Association.
