摘 要:目的观察实弹射击训练对坦克乘员心率振荡和心率变异性的影响,并观察SPCS生物反馈训练的作用。方法选取某坦克团首次参加坦克火炮射击训练的244名坦克乘员为观察组,从中随机选取79名乘员为干预组,另外选取103名同一部队坦克乘员为对照组,在首次进行坦克火炮实弹射击后采集心电指标,比较实弹射击训练对坦克乘员TO、TS、SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50、LF、HF、LF/HF等各项指标的影响,以及SPCS生物反馈训练的作用。结果与对照组比较,射击组TO明显升高,SPCS干预组TO水平较射击组降低(P<0.01)。射击组TS值较对照组降低(P<0.01),SPCS干预组TS值较射击组升高,但未达到对照组的水平。射击组SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50等指标显著低于对照组(P均<0.01),SPCS干预可提高干预组SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50的水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。射击组LF、HF、LF/HF值均较对照组降低(P<0.01),SPCS干预组LF、HF、LF/HF值较射击组升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论首次参加实弹射击训练对坦克乘员HRT和HRV均有一定影响,表现出交感神经活性增加,迷走神经活性降低,SPCS生物反馈训练可增强坦克乘员自主神经的调控能力。Objective To observe the effects of firing training on heart rate turbulence(HRT)and heart rate variability(HRV)of tank crews and the effect of self-generate physiological coherence system(SPCS)biofeedback training on heart rate turbulence.Methods 244 soldiers participated in tank firing for the first time were selected as the observation group,79 soldiers of which were selected randomly as intervention group.103 tank crews in the same force were selected as control group.turbulence onset(TO),turbulence slope(TS),standard deviation of average R-R intervals(SDNN),square root of the mean squared differences of successive RR intervals(RMSSD),percentage of differences between adjacent RR intervals 50 ms(PNN50),low-frequency(LF),high-frequency(HF),low-frequency/high-frequency(LF/HF)of tank crews were measured.Results Compared to control group,TO in observation group increased significantly and TO in intervention group decreased significantly(P〈0.01).Compared to control group,TS in observation group decreased significantly(P〈0.01),TS in intervention group were higher than observation group.Compared to control group,SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 in observation group decreased significantly(P〈0.01),and those in intervention group were significantly higher than observation group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01).Compared to control group,LF,HF and LF/HF were significantly lower in observation group,but those in intervention group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).ConclusionsParticipation in tank firing for the first time can affect HRT and HRV of tank crews and SPCS biofeedback training can improve autonomic nervous regulation ability of tank crews.
