摘　　要：本文介绍了某皮革厂产出污水性质、分类,根据污水性质制定了经沉淀、加药气浮、水解酸化、CAST生化处理及A/O脱氮处理工艺方案和流程,并对其运行结果加以分析,实践证明该工艺具有占地较少、投资低、工艺先进、操作简单、运行成本低、处理效果好的优点,处理后水达标排放。The nature of the sewage output of a tannery and classify were described in this paper. The technology programs and processes of sedimentation, flotation dosing, hydrolysis acidification, CAST biochemical processing and A/O nitrogen removal treatment were formulated and its operation results were analyzed according to the nature of the sewage. The practice proved that the process had some advantages, such as slightly less area and investment, advanced technology, simple operation, low operating cost and good treatment effect, and the treated water could be discharged by standards.
