摘　　要：目的观察氨氯地平不同时间给药对非杓型高血压患者血压的影响。方法将80例非杓型高血压患者,由晨服氨氯地平5mg调整为晚间(5:00～9:00)口服,治疗4周后观察24h动态血压,并与治疗前进行比较。结果调整服药时间后杓型血压率为35%,高于调整前的0;且收缩压和舒张压均低于调整前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论晚间服用氨氯地平对控制非杓型高血压优于晨起服药。Objective To investigate the pharmco-chronological effect of amlodipine on Non-dipper hypertension patients.Methods Totally 80 Non-dipper hypertension patients were treated with amlodipine（5mg/d） at 5~7 o＇clock in the evening,then programs SBP was observed after 4 weeks.Results Blood pressure rate was 35% after adjusting the time of taking medicine,higher than that before the adjustment（0）;and systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than before the adjustment,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05 and P0.01）.Conclusion Evening taking amlodipine in treatment of Non-dipper hypertension Patients is better than morning taking.
