地诺前列酮栓促宫颈成熟引产效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察地诺前列酮栓(欣普贝生)在单胎足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的引产效果。方法将80例足月单活胎、头位且无阴道试产禁忌的未临产孕妇随机分为2组,观察组40例将欣普贝生1枚横置于阴道后穹窿处,对照组40例用小剂量缩宫素静脉滴入。比较2组引产效果、用药6h、12h后的宫颈Bishop评分、分娩情况及对胎儿、新生儿的影响。结果观察组总有效率为87.5%高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用药6h、12h宫颈Bishop评分较用药前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率为27.5%低于对照组的52.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣普贝生是一种安全有效的促宫颈成熟药物,对母婴无不良影响,能显著降低剖宫产率。Objective To observe the labor induction effect of dinoprostone bolt（xinpubeisheng） in cervical ripening suppository in singleton pregnancies full-term pregnancy.Methods 80 patients of term live births,a right position,without experimental vagino-labour contraindication,and not about to give birth were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each of 40 cases.Experiment group received one pill of xinpubeisheng horizontally placed in back vagin-vault.Control group received small dose oxytocin intravenous perfusion.Induction of labor effect,bishop scores of neck of uterus after administration 6～12h,childbirth,and influence on both fetus and neonatus were respectively compared in two goups.Results The total effective rate of experiment group was 87.5% higher than 50.0% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The Bishop scores of neck of uterus after administration 6～12h was higher than that before treatment,and experiment group was higher than congtrol group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The cesarean section rate of experiment group was 27.5% lower than the 52.5% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.5）.Conclusion Xinpubeisheng is a safe effective medicine of promoting cervical maturation,no adverse effects on both pregnant woman and fetus,can reduce caesarean section rate.
