3种儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜治疗方案近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨3种儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(AITP)治疗方案的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析125例初诊住院AITP患儿的临床资料,依据3种不同治疗方案分为3组(A组19例予口服波尼松治疗;B组49例予波尼松+丙种球蛋白治疗;C组57例予地塞米松+丙种球蛋白治疗)。观察3组临床疗效及治疗后血小板变化情况。结果 3组均在治疗后1～3d内控制出血症状,无新增出血现象;3组临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3d、7d血小板计数上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 3种方法治疗儿童AITP均有较好疗效。Objective To dicuss the short-term effectt of three kinds treatment programs of children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ATIP）.Methods Rtrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 125 cases children with AITP,according treatment program divided into 3 groups（A group,19 cases,received prednisone therapy;B group,49 cases,were given prednisone＋gamma globulin;C group,57 cases,received dexamethasone＋gamma globulin）.Observe the clinical efficacy and treatment of platelet change of 3 groups.Results Three groups were control of bleeding after treatment within 1～3d,no new bleeding;The clinical efficiency of 3 groups was no statistically significant（P〉0.05）;After treatment 3d,7d,platelet count was rosecompared than before treatment,there was significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Three kinds of methods in treatment of children with AITP have a good effect.
