相变驱动降低聚光光伏系统寄生电耗的可行性研究

摘  要:选用正己烷作为浸没液体,设计了紫外和温度紫外耦合实验考察其耐候性,采用紫外可见光谱仪、红外光谱仪和气相色谱仪进行相关检测,并分析电池的性能变化。结果显示:耦合实验后正己烷的透过率在低波段有所降低;杂质的存在使之发生微量的化学反应;电池表面出现微量颗粒状物质,但未影响电池的整体电性能。Hexane was used for immersion liquid of solar cells. The UV-light exposure and High Temperature & UV coupling (HTUV) conditions were designed and conducted on the chosen liquid for testing its aging performance. UV-vis spectrometer, Fourier transfer infrared spectrometer and GC spectrometer were used for characterizing the performance variation. Also the Vac, Iac and the surface of the immersed solar cells were measured before and after tests. The results showed that the transmittance drops in the low wavelength, and a little chemical reaction happens in hexane; no electrical degradation was detected in the immersed solar cells, while minor particles appear on the surface of solar cells. The reasons for the variations were then analyzed.
