摘　　要：总结经颈动脉旁路术联合腔内修复术治疗12例主动脉弓部夹层动脉瘤患者的术后护理。认为密切监测术后血流动力学变化,加强呼吸道管理,注意神经系统的观察,做好心理护理,采取积极有效的措施预防并发症是保证患者顺利康复的关键。This paper summarizes the postoperative care of 12 patients with aortic arch aneurysm treated by carotid arterial bypass and endovascular repair. The key points to improve the cure rate and ensure successful recovery were close monitoring of postoperative hemodynamic changes,careful airway management,observation of neurological system,psychological nursing and active prevention of postoperative complications.
