摘　　要：探讨脱细胞异体真皮基质补片治疗儿童尿道下裂术后尿道严重毁损的护理方法。术前做好皮肤准备及心理护理;术后加强阴茎切口护理,管道护理,体位及活动、排尿的观察与护理等。本组3例手术均获成功,带支架管出院。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 3 children undergoing urethral reconstruction with acellular dermal matrix patch for the treatment of severe urethral damage. The key points in preoperative care were skin preparation and psychological nursing. The postoperative care focused on the observation and nursing of surgical wounds,drainage tubes, posture,exercise and urination. The three children underwent successful surgery and were discharged with a stent.
