摘　　要：报告了应用计算机信息化技术改进换药中心伤口、病案照片管理的经验。分析以往照片档案管理存在的问题,从实际需求出发,建立了一套实用性强、适合换药中心管理伤口病案照片的应用型软件。该系统共包括7个管理模块,可以对相关病例数据进行统计分析和管理,进行专业化的伤口病案信息管理,并可以联入医院信息系统,弥补了原先伤口病案照片在管理方面的不足,大大提高了工作效率。This paper reports the application of computer information technology in the Dressing Change Center. The existing problems of quondam cases photos management was analysed and the Wound Information Management System was set out from the effective demands. The system includs 7 modules,by which the wound cases records can be managed and analysed with statistical and specialized methods. The system can be linked to the hospital information systems,supply the complement of original cases photos management,and improve the work efficiency.
