摘  要:利用ANSYS焊接模块的生死单元技术,针对Q235钢板垂直焊缝进行焊接温度场和应力场的数值分析,并用盲孔法对焊件残余应力进行试验测试,得到横向与纵向残余应力的变化情况。结果表明:焊件残余应力的实测值和模拟结果比较吻合。Q235 steel is widely used in construction machinery welding components,vertical weld accounted for most of the welding components.Thermal-structural coupling technology in finite element analysis has been good application.Life-death element technique was applied together in the numerical simulation of temperature and stress fields on Q235 steel vertical weld.Residual stress was by the blindness hole measuring.The results of simulation with that of test were compared.The transverse stress and longitudinal stress were obtained.The numerical results of residual stress distribution are almost consistent with the experimental ones.
