摘  要:介绍了运用电刷镀工艺技术在45钢基体上刷镀铝/铜复合镀层,并对影响镀层性能的镀液中纳米铝粉的含量、刷镀电压进行了研究。根据实验,得出最佳的工艺参数:镀液中纳米铝粉末含量20 g/L,刷镀电压10 V。在最优工艺参数下制备的纳米铝/铜复合镀层显微硬度为HV243.7,磨损体积普通铜镀层是铝/铜复合镀层的1.76倍,对于提高工件的耐磨性及可靠性有很重要的意义。This article described that the plating Al/Cu composite coating particles of the brush plating technology is used in the 45 steel substrate and the performance of coating Al content in the solution formulation and brush voltage were studied.According to experiment,the optimum process parameters are that the bath concentration of nano-aluminum powder is 20 g/L and plating voltage is 10 V.Under the optimal process parameters,Al/Cu composite coating microhardness is HV243.7 and the wear volume of the ordinary copper plating is 1.76 times than Al/Cu composite coatings,which are very important for improving the workpiece's wear resistance and reliability
