基于CAXA与Pro/E的艺术图形零件线切割加工方法

摘　　要：论述了利用Pro/E软件中的NC组件模块,采用线切割的方法加工艺术图形零件的过程。通过具体的实例讲述了用"CAXA线切割"软件进行"位图矢量化"、"修改图形"、"数据交换"的方法以及利用Pro/E软件建立"制造模型"、"线切割加工轨迹"、"创建后处理器"、"生成G代码加工程序"的线切割加工艺术图形的操作过程。通过CAXA与Pro/E 2种软件的交替使用,解决了艺术图形的仿形加工以及国际通用G代码生成的问题。The use of Pro/E software of NC components module WEDM processing method of parts of art graphics was described.The method of ＂bitmap change vector＂,＂modify the graphics＂,＂data exchange＂ by the using of ＂CAXA WEDM＂ software and the operation approach of ＂manufacturing model＂,＂WEDM trajectory＂,＂creating processor＂,＂G-code generation processing procedure＂ through specific example was described.The problems of the art graphics processing and G-code generation by CAXA and Pro/E softwares was solved.
