摘　　要：目的了解女性对心血管危险因素相关知识的了解,为女性心血管防治的健康教育提供理论根据。方法对江门市部分女性居民发放调查问卷,收集应答完整者620份,调查内容包括高血压,吸烟、戒烟、超重(或肥胖)、低盐、低脂、年龄、体力不活动等。结果本调查结果是女性对心血管危险因素相关知识知晓率尚好,≥18岁,≥45岁及≥60岁三组,各年龄组女性对吸烟、控制体重、年龄大、男性、缺乏运动对心血管疾病危险因素的正确认识率无显著差异,而对高血压、戒烟、控制体重、高脂食物、高盐的正确认识率在≥60岁年龄组较低。高学历组比低学历组对各项心血管疾病危险因素相关知识的知晓情况的认识率均较高。结论本研究表明,江门市部分女性居民对心血管危险因素了解欠缺,但对一些危险因素有基本了解。年龄偏大,文化程度较低者尚缺乏相关知识的较多。故对年龄较大,文化程度较低者有待进一步加强健康教育以降低女性心血管发生率。Objective To invastigate related knowledge of fist factors of cardiovascular disease of famele in Jiangmen city and to provide theory basis for prevention and control cardiovascular diseases. Methods To the female 620 residents to give questonnaires of rist factors of cardiovascular disease, the invastigate content including high blood pressure, smoking, quit smoking, overweightor, obesity, hight lipid diet, hight salt diet, six, age, nonactivities, etc. Results The related knowledge of cardiovascular risk factors is still more good in the famele residents of Jiangmen city. In ≥ 18, ≥45 and ≥60 age groups the understanding to smoking, control weight, old age, man, nonactivities was similar, but understanding to high blood pressure, quit smoking,overweightor, obesity, hight lipid diet, hight salt diet was lower in ≥65 age grouping. In cultural level is relatively hight, the related knowledge of rist factors of cardiovascular disease was more good. Conclusions The invastigate shows that female residents in Jiangmen city to cardiovascular risk factors, have have basic understanding, but some risk factors to older age and cultural level is relatively low, lack of the knowledge was much more, so health education needs to be further strengthen in order to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, specialst, older age and cultural level is relatively low in famele.
