摘 要:通过遮光处理,探讨了不同光强(对照、遮光30%、60%和90%)对草莓生长前期、中期和后期叶片光合作用的影响.结果表明,在各生长阶段,不同遮光处理的叶片光合特征明显不同.生长前期净光合速率(Pn)最高;而中期最低,中期对照区最大光CO2合速率较前期降低了41%.相反,生长中期叶片的呼吸速率(Re)则大幅上升,对照区呼吸速率最大值达到7.0μmol CO2m-2s-1,因此,Re的大幅上升是导致该生长阶段Pn显著下降的重要原因.除呼吸影响以外,结果过程以及大气与胞间CO2浓度差(Ca-Ci)都是影响Pn变化的重要因子.The effect of the different light intensity(unshaded(CK),30%,60%,90% shading) on photosynthesis of Darselect strawberry leaves(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.) was studied in early,middle and late growth stages,respectively.The results showed that photosynthesis has a large difference between the different light intensity treatments for three growth stages.Net photosynthetic rate(Pn)in early stage was the highest,while the lowest Pn was found in middle stage.The maximum Pn decreased 41% from CK treatment in middle stage to early stage.In contrast,respiration rate(Re) in middle stage increased dramatically,with the highest value about 7.0 μmol CO2 m-2s-1 at noon for CK treatment.Therefore,the greatly rising Re of was a main reason causing the low Pn in middle stage.Besides Re,the study suggested that fruiting and the difference of air and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ca-Ci) were the major factors affecting Pn.
