罗哌卡因复合喷他佐辛用于臂丛神经阻滞的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察罗哌卡因复合喷他佐辛用于臂丛神经阻滞对于术后镇痛时间、程度的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2009年3月-2011年3月收治入院的80例ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,接受肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞行上肢手术的患者临床资料,随机均分为:A组,0.75%罗哌卡因30mL;B组,0.75%罗哌卡因30mL+喷他佐辛30mg。手术开始15、30、60 min及术后1、6、12、24h行VAS疼痛评分,并记录麻醉起效时间、持续时间及不良反应发生率。结果 B组感觉与运动神经阻滞起效时间明显快于A组(P<0.05),镇痛持续时间明显长于A组(P<0.05),术中、术后VAS疼痛评分低于A组(P<0.05)。结论喷他佐辛复合罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞可缩短阻滞起效时间,延长持续时间,能明显延迟术后疼痛出现的时间,并使疼痛的程度明显降低。【Objective】 to observe the ROM.Pp composite spray he pronounced with Michael essien used to block on postoperative analgesia brachial plexus time,degree of influence.【Methods】 retrospective analysis in March of 2009,2011-march of 80 cases of ASA hospital were Ⅰ or Ⅱ level,accept muscle brachial plexus block line between ditch upper surgery patients to clinical material,random are divided into： A group,0.75% ROM cefoperazone 30 mL optimum;Group B,0.75% ROM cefoperazone 30 mL＋spray he pronounced with Michael essien 30 mg.Surgery has 15,30,60,rain and postoperative 1,6,12,24h line VAS pain score,and record the anesthesia work time,duration and adverse reaction rate.【Results】 group B sensory and motor nerve block work time significantly faster than A group（P0.05）,analgesic duration obviously longer than A group（P0.05）,intraoperative and postoperative VAS pain score lower than A group（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 spray with Michael essien composite ROM.He pronounced cefoperazone brachial plexus blockade effect to shorten the time,extend block duration,can significantly delayed postoperative pain,and to make the time of appearance of pain significantly reduced.
