摘　　要：为了评价国家基本药物制度试点运行情况,本研究通过问卷调查方法对15个样本市县的基层医疗卫生服务机构1639名医务人员和790名门诊患者进行满意度调查。医患满意度调查是衡量国家基本药物制度实施效果的重要方法,调查显示医务人员的总体反映较为积极,医、患双方对药品的可获得性、质量、价格及制度实施后的经济影响等情况均有所反映。To evaluate the progress of the national essential medicines policies, the study surveyed 1,639 medical professionals of primary care centers and town hospitals and 790 outpatients through questionnaire in 15 sampled cities. The study found that satisfaction survey is important to evaluate the policies. The results showed that medical professionals had active responses to essential medicines policies in general, and both professionals and patients also gave their reflection on availability, quality, price of essential drugs and their economic impacts.
