摘　　要：简单介绍了200 kt/a多孔硝酸铵装置的工艺特点及主要改进内容。改进后,装置运行日趋稳定,多孔硝酸铵产品质量指标均优于原有设计值,实际产量超过设计值(达720 t/d),造粒、干燥尾气中含粉尘质量浓度均≤40 mg/m3。A brief account is given of the process features and main improvement measures of the 200 kt/a porous ammonium nitrate unit. After the amelioration the unit becomes gradually stable in operation, the product quality indices are better than the original design values, the actual output exceeds the design value （reaching 720 t/d）, and the granulation and dryer tail gas contains a dust mass concentration of ≤40 mg,/m3.
