L沸石在烃类裂化催化剂中的应用性能评价

摘　　要：化学改性的超稳L型沸石(USL)是一种新型的沸石可作为催化裂化催化剂的活性组分添加剂。用提升管装置评价催化剂的性能,添加La-USL的FCC催化剂与不加La-USL的催化剂相比较,添加La-USL的新型催化剂能显著提高催化剂的裂化活性、改善产品分布和提高汽油质量。Modified ultra stable zeolite L（USL）is a new type of zeolite,and it can be used as an active component additives of the fluid catalytic cracking（FCC）catalyst.The FCC catalyst with zeolite USL and catalyst without USL were evaluated by riser tube unit using heavy oil as feedstock.The results show that the catalyst added zeolite USL cansignificantly enhance the cracking activity,improve the product distribution and the quality of the gasoline.
