摘　　要：水下生产系统用脐带缆一般由电、光纤、液压管道、化学药剂管道等多种不同单元组成,用于连接上部平台与水下生产系统,并作为电液控制、电力和化学药剂的通道[1]。脐带缆制造对生产设备、工艺等有特殊的要求。介绍了脐带缆多单元多层次截面设计及成缆和钢管单元形变控制等关键制造工艺。The umbilical for subsea production system is composed of electrical cables, optical fiber, tubes or hoses which is used for electric, signal and hydraulic connecting between platform and subsea production system. The equipment and technical requirement for manufacturing the umbilical is very high. Some special equipments are only used for umbilical production and not similar with ordinary subsea cable＇ s. This article will mainly describe the umhi-layer and umlti-unite laying up technology and deformation control of the tube in the manufacture process.
