摘　　要：民本思想是儒家学说的核心思想之一。王庭珪作为一位有责任心的士大夫,民本思想贯穿其人生命运沉浮之中,主要体现在向皇帝、重要大臣上书,反映社会问题的忧国忧民思想;用诗文反映民间疾苦,以期得到在位者重视;痛斥不良官吏庸俗,不作为;任地方官时,施政便民。王庭珪的民本思想的缘由:身受儒家传统和先贤民本思想的影响、家庭教育的影响、个人性格和人生经历的影响。所以王庭珪是一位有责任心的士大夫典型。People-based thought is the important thought of the Chinese Confucianism.Wang Ting-gui had the people-based thought in his life as a responsible scholar-bureaucrat.These were as follows：worring about people and the country through handing in the articles to the Emperor and ministers;reflecting the people＇s difficulty through poems and articles;bitterly attacking the bureaucracy idleness;doing some helpful things for people as the eparch.The reasons of the people-based thought of Wang Ting-gui were as follows：the influence of the thought of the Chinese Confucianism and the people-based thought of the wisdoms,his family＇ education,his personality and life experiences.So Wang Ting-gui was a model of the responsible scholar-bureaucrat.
