摘 要:在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法中的Box-Behnken设计对煤油水重整制氢反应的影响因素进行优化,建立煤油水重整制氢反应的二次多项回归模型,并对该模型进行方差分析和可信度分析。实验结果表明:当煤油液空速为0.066h-1、水碳比为20.2、反应温度为681℃时,氢产率最高。预测最大值为33.613mol氢/mol煤油,与实测值34.028mol氢/mol煤油基本相符,建立模型有效可靠。On the basis of single factor experiment,the influence factors of hydrogen generation of kerosene water reforming were optimized by Box-Behnken mode of response surface method,aquadratic polynomial regression model of reaction was established,and the variance and reliability of the model were analyzed.The results showed that when the kerosene liquid space velocity was 0.066h-1,water carbon ratio was 20.2and the reaction temperature was 681℃,the hydrogen yield achieved the highest level.The predicted maximum hydrogen yield was 33.613mol / mol,which was almost in consistent with the actual hydrogen yield of 34.028mol / mol.Therefore,the model was valid and reliable.
