摘　　要：文章详细分析环形加热炉热工机理的基础上,建立描述双燃料管坯环形加热炉的加热过程模型,研究和开发不同钢种的管坯在不同产量条件下优化加热制度,实现炉温制度在线动态优化设定和管坯温度分布在线动态跟踪及显示以及管坯待轧条件下炉子的优化加热制度。The model for describing the heating process of rotary furnaces for tube blanks with dual fuel is established based on analyzing the mechanisms of engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer for the rotary furnaces in detail.Furthermore,the optimized heating systems for tube blanks with different grades and yields are researched and developed,with which the on-line dynamic optimal setting of furnace temperature system,on-line dynamic tracking and display of distribution for temperature of tube blanks as well as optimized heating system of furnace for the tube blanks with delay rolling are realized.
