摘　　要：随着无人机航摄技术的推广,快速获取目标区域的高分辨率影像成为现实。结合日益成熟的三维仿真技术,建立项目建设三维进度管理系统,为重大工程项目管理提供精准和可视化的平台。本文结合重庆国际博览中心三维管理系统的建设,对系统建设内容、系统设计及建设要点等进行了阐述。Obtaining high resolution images has been came true with the popularization of aerial photography by UAV.Constructing the three dimensional project progress management system to provide a convenient and visual platform based on the three dimensional simulation technology.This paper interprets the content and key point of the system construction and system design combined with the construction of the three dimensional management system for Chongqing International Expo Center.
