摘　　要：基于网格化管理思想的数字化城市管理新模式正在全国获得肯定和推广,城市部件普查是实现数字化城市管理的一项重要的基础工作。随着城市网格化管理模式在全国逐步推广,我国正在迎来城市部件普查的浪潮。本文以宁波市海曙区城市部件普查工程为背景,介绍了如何利用项目管理技术和方法,实现项目资源的最优配置,提高城市部件普查工程项目的综合效益。The new model of digital urban management on the basis of grid-based management has been widely accepted and used today.General survey of urban management components is very important fundamental need of digital urban management.and we have seen an absolute upsurge in general survey project of urban management components all over the country.Taking the general survey project of Haishu district of Ningbo as an example,we discussed how to utilized technique and methods of project management to make the resource configuration to the best condition and to raise the overall efficiency of general survey of urban management components.
