摘　　要：目的探讨缺铁性贫血可能的发病病因。方法对天津市第五中心医院2006-2011年门诊及住院患者中确诊为缺铁性贫血的228例成人患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果月经过多导致缺铁性贫血占38.2%;消化性溃疡导致缺铁性贫血占27.6%;慢性胃炎和痔疮出血导致缺铁性贫血占9.6%;胃大部切除术导致缺铁性贫血占7.0%;恶性肿瘤导致缺铁性贫血占3.1%;饮浓茶导致缺铁性贫血占2.6%;不明原因导致缺铁性贫血占2.2%。结论男性成人患者消化性溃疡是导致缺铁性贫血的主要原因;女性成人患者月经过多是导致缺铁性贫血的主要原因,其次是消化性溃疡。Objective To investigate the causes of iron deficiency anemia.Methods Clinical data of 228 outpatients or inpatients with iron deficiency anemia from 2006 to 2011 in the Fifth Central Hospital of Tianjin were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 228 patients,iron deficiency anemia was caused by menorrhagia in 38.2%,by peptic ulcer in 27.6%,by chronic gastritis and hemorrhoids in 9.6%,by gastrectomy in 7.0%,by cancer in 3.1%,by drinking tea in 2.6%,and by unexplained reason in 2.2%.Conclusion In male patients,iron deficiency anemia is mainly caused by peptic ulcer.In female patients,iron deficiency anemia is mainly caused by menorrhagia,followed by peptic ulcer.
