脑康复冲剂抗血栓作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的：观察脑康复冲剂对血瘀证动物模型体内血栓、体外血栓的作用及对血液流变性的影响，探讨脑康复冲剂预防脑血栓形成药效学机理。方法：兔、大鼠预防性给药，观察脑康复冲剂对兔实验性体外血栓及血液流变性的影响；对大鼠体内血栓的影响。结果：用高分子右旋糖苷造成血瘀证动物模型，表现为血液粘度升高，红细胞聚集性增强等，脑康复冲剂具有抑制体外血栓形成、延长体内血栓形成时间的作用，并能降低动物的血液粘度、抑制血小板的聚集性。结论：脑康复冲剂具有活血化瘀、拮抗血栓形成的功效，其作用机理与降低血小板聚集，改善血液流动状况，防治动物微循环障碍有关。Objective:To observe the pharmacological action of Naokangfu granule(NKFG) for preventing the cerebral thrombosim.Methods:We used the blood stasis symptom complex modelsind uced by a single injection of 15% high polymar dextran.Observed the preventive and theraputic effects of NKFG in experimantal animals.The effects of the time of the rats neck arterical by thrombosis the rabbits invitro test thrombosis and hemorrheology were examined.Electric current stimulate method by Channels way.Result:NKFG could prolong the time of the rats neck artial thrombosis ,reduce the rabbits thrombus weigth and dry in vitro test ,under lower the amounts of blood viscosity in shear rate ,and decrease platelet adhesion rate and aggregation rate.Conclusion:NKFG could prevent the cerebral thrombosis.The mechanism might improve the hemorrheologic changes caused,reduce the platelet collection.
