摘　　要：本文通过正常人和冠心病人的血脂和载脂蛋白的测定，分析血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、载脂蛋Ａ１ （ａｐｏＡ１）、载脂蛋白Ｂ１００ （ａｐｏＢ１００与冠心病（ＣＨＤ）发生的相关程度，从而对冠心病的预防、诊断和治疗提供一个较实用的检测指标。According to the results of testing blood lipid and apoprotein in normal and coronary heart disease(CHD),analysion the relationship between coronary heart disease and serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),apoprotein A 1or apoprotein B 100 ;We can find a practical index to protect,diagnose and therapy the coronary heart disease.
